Low Carb Day 4

So I cheated a bit yesterday and today on my low carb diet, but just a bit.  I had one small slice of pizza and one slice of halfmoon cheesy bread yesterday and the same today.  But other than that I've been sticking with the diet and I've already lost 1.5 lb!  It's not much, but it's a start, and my pants have already begun to feel looser.

  1. In my experience it's a good idea to cheat now and then, especially if you do things like whole wheat bread instead of white, or yogurt with fresh fruit instead of ice cream etc.
